I just watched Stephen Fry: The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive (circa 2006), and honestly found it fascinating. I really recommend it for an insight into bipolar disorder. Earlier today I ordered the book ‘Strong Imagination: Madness, Creativity, and Human Nature’ by David Nettle. Really looking forward to reading it!

It’s really hard finding the right music to accompany the book you’re reading.
